Veggie Dining

Come and dine in style, and have a jolly nice time, at the one-off return of the wonderful communal eating experience that is Veggie Dining. As a tradition that has a long history at the Rising Sun and indeed in the Reading activist scene over the years, Veggie Dining is brought to you by a team of volunteers including some of the original Rising Sun crowd. It’s simple and lovely - savour three delightful veggie courses and enjoy live entertainment while you dine. Live entertainment is brought to you by some of our original performers, Kate Fletcher and Jilly Rose, bringing more of the authentic flavour to the mix. We also invite you to enter the best veggie dessert competition, the results of which will form the 3rd course, so bake-off fans get ready! Space is limited.
