The tea dance is back! This legendary event sees the Rising Sun transformed into a 1920s tea parlour and dance lounge complete with live house band - Lawrie Wright and the Silver Heels. Afternoon tea is served in the Rising Sun's finest vintage crockery, there are cakes galour, and prizes for the best dressed. Learn some new dance steps, then shake a leg on the dance floor to some vintage tunes. This is simply the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Reading. Not to be missed.
Charelston Dance Class 2pm - 3pm
Dancing and live band from 3pm - 6pm
Tea and cake served throughout.
