Rising Sun Re-opening Questionnaire:

The Rising Sun is re-opening in July. Every part of the Rising Sun relies on the hardwork of volunteers. We are asking all volunteers to complete the following questionnaire to help us to re-open the building safely. Thank you for filling in this form.
