A Gathering of Altered Books by Mary Riley

Mary Riley created beautiful, altered books. On the pages of the found books, she made drawings, added photographs, printmaking, papercutting, painting, collage, threads and found objects, creating joyfull and thought-provoking books. Mary worked on several books at one time in her studios at home in her front room and at Open Space (Oxford Road). You are welcome to join us and spend time with Mary’s books in the main room of the Rising Sun Arts Centre.
