Your local riot grrrlz are back at Rising Sun Arts Centre for the 7th instalment of HOWLING @ THE MOON: READING'S BIGGEST LGBTQ+ CABARET!!

Howling At The Moon is a bi-annual event, created to provide LGBTQ+, female and/or trans artists in Reading and the surrounding areas a platform to explore new work in front of a supportive audience, and develop their artistic practice. From live music to stand up comedy, fire-eating to striptease, Howling @ The Moon has everything from the weird to the wonderful. With a stacked lineup of variety artists, plenty of wine and enough glitter to put Lisa Frank to shame, this is the bi-annual Queer party you’ve been waiting for! This event is brought to you with the support of Reading Borough Council's Small Grant Scheme 2024/25.
