The Practice of Hope

Price:
Free

Join eco-distress expert Jo Musker-Sherwood to explore ways we can cultivate hope without denying the reality of the climate crisis.

Feeling angry, anxious or overwhelmed by the climate crisis? It’s easy to find ourselves in despair or simply disengaged when facing a challenge of such magnitude.

In this workshop we’ll explore how to address the climate crisis from a place of hope, joy and a deep sense of meaning, without denying the reality of what’s happening in the world.

This event is of particular support for people who have attended the People's Emergency Briefing (Fri 12 June) but anyone is welcome to attend.

10am arrival for 10.30am start.
