We’ve got a bumper schedule to see you through Autumn and Winter, with some brand new faces and returning favourites gracing the centre – a perfect excuse to make the Rising Sun the place to be as the nights draw in!

September

Sunday 9th – The Diversity Social: Bingo And Martini Party – our new, accessible social club for adults with mobility issues returns for fun and games as we drink martinis and play bingo!

Saturday 22ndWall Of Sound: Love Love LiveMark Jones, pioneer behind Wall Of Sound Records, invites you to experience some of his favourite new discoveries.

October

Saturday 13th/Sunday 14th – Bookface Chapter 9 - Browse stalls and share ideas at our artists' book fair weekend. Handmade books, small press, workshops, demos and more.

Saturday 20th – Club Velocity presents Mark MorrissThe Bluetones frontman had such a wonderful time here last year and is looking forward to coming back!

November

Sunday 4th – Vintage Tea Dance: 10th Birthday partyDress up in your best vintage outfits and shake a leg on the dance floor. Live music plus tea and cake served on vintage crockery.

Friday 16th – Stand Up Cinema: Experimental Short Film Night – An evening where artists and filmmakers can exhibit short experimental films, talk and socialise

December

We get festive fever with our Christmas Art Market, and yuletide jamborees for Are You Listening? , Club Velocity and Tribute Night, plus the Finchies Christmas Panto – Robin Hood!
