DIY PAINT PARTY!

Please come along to our free DIY Paint Party to spruce up the Lounge on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July. Our mission is to completely re-paint the floor of the Lounge within 48 hours, over the course of the weekend. We'll be doing a base layer of a block colour, followed by splatterings of paint (inspired by Jackson Pollock - we hope he would approve), followed by a varnishing process. Please wear old clothes that you are happy to get paint on. There can also be footprints and hand prints... come and make your mark! If you miss the main "splatter" there is also the opportunity to make your own Pollock style canvas. Not to be missed.

Saturday - painting block base layer of pale grey
Sunday - flicking / splattering / handprints / footprints

Please note that the Lounge is on the first floor of our volunteer-run listed building and regretably there is currently no step-free access.
