Channel 4 films at the Rising Sun!

We had some very special guests join us at the centre this weekend. Channel 4 were here, filming footage for a new TV pilot about cosplayers. The subject of their filming was Mojo Jones, one of the Scarlet Vixens who was there to perform part of their Valentine's Night show "Mythical Creatures and Fantastical Beings".

Mojo is known for her geek culture-inspired cosplays and burlesque performances, and last night performed her famous Dalek routine. The Doctor would not know what to make of that!

The Vixens' show was a complete sell-out, and we'll see them back at the Rising Sun in two months' time. And hopefully we'll Mojo – and the centre – on TV very soon!
