Hi Everyone

First of all a massive, humungous, outsized THANK YOU to all our volunteers for all their work not just on the day of Here Comes The Sun, but in the weeks and months leading up to it.  Also a long-running cascade of thanks to all the bands & performers who made such a fantastic line-up, and also to everyone who came through our doors last weekend.  It was a fantastic day all round

You might like to know, that after counting the assorted pennies, cents, kopeks and groats, we made almost £3000 which even by Here Comes The Sun standards is a pretty good result and we've already invested in one or two useful bits and bobs  It was great to see everything come together and everything run so smoothly.

Anyway, we have just one event for delectation and delight this weekend, it's on Saturday and it just happens to be BANDORAMA

DAMIEN A PASSMORE & THE LOVEABLE FRAUDSTERS
The tallest and best cow punk band in all the land.  Fact.  Rumour has it that they are soon to appear in Lizard LIck Towing - The Musical

THE FRANKLYS
Hailing from that London.and reviving pleasant memories of the mighty Sixty Watt Bayonets.Garage popcore for the kids.  This is their debut Reading gig.

LAKE OF KINGS
Fresh from bringing the house down at Tribute night, Lake of Kings return to party, party and party hard.

We're open at 8pm.and it'll cost you £5 on the door or £4 in advance from www.wegottickets.co.uk

(Please note that this gig is for ages 16 and over)

STAND UP CINEMA, MILONGA SIMPATICA, FIESTA LATINA and CRASH TEST DRAMA are taking a little rest til next month

That's everything for another weekend, just to remind you that you can find us at 30 Silver Street, Reading, RG1 2ST  (If you put us in your Google or Sat Nav, we shall magically appear)
